2007 Indiana Archaeology Month Poster Design

Images from Mounds State Park (Anderson), Grouseland (Vincennes), Tin City (Evansville) and the Hovde site (Mulberry) are included in the creative 2007 poster design. Further design details will be available on the Archaeology Month webpage.

The Indiana Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology [DHPA] (office of the Indiana State Archaeologist) is excited to present the commemorative poster and shirt designs for the 2007 Indiana Archaeology Month (September).

The images, designed by Nicole D. Arb, Graphic Designer of PEN Products, Indiana Department of Correction, focus on the theme of “Moving through Time” and how archaeology can provide connections between the past, present and future. These vibrant designs are for the 12th annual celebration of archaeology in our state.

Posters are available from the DHPA office, and the shirts will be available for purchase. To learn more, check our webpage in the coming weeks for further details, including information on the events which will take place around Indiana in September.
